Shipping policy

At Ruffy, we want to ensure your order arrives quickly, smoothly, and hassle-free. Pick up your parcel from a nearby shop or parcel locker on your walk, or have it delivered straight to your doorstep. We offer multiple carriers and delivery options.

Delivery time

We process all orders no later than the next business day. After that, delivery time depends on the carrier. All our delivery partners promise a delivery time of 1–2 business days inside Finland.

Delivery methods

Your order will leave Ruffy’s warehouse no later than the next business day via the carrier of your choice. You’ll see all available delivery options and their costs at checkout.

We deliver not only within Finland but also to EU countries. Depending on the destination, the following delivery methods are available:

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on your order and the delivery method you select. You’ll always see the available shipping costs at checkout.

Orders over €100 ship free — on us.

Pick-up from Ruffy warehouse

You can also pick up your order for free from Ruffy’s warehouse at Puolalankatu 6, Turku. The parcel can be collected at the K-Market Puolalankatu checkout after you receive the pickup notification. Pickup orders are usually ready within 4 hours of payment.
